What happens in a membrane switch engineering review?

The review can begin with the evidence available now: a drawing, artwork, circuit, photographs, sample or enclosure constraints. Each row separates customer inputs from the controlled component-review output. It is a feasibility and quotation review, not customer design approval, finished-equipment validation, certification or release to production.

Early files

Can the review start before every drawing is final?

Yes. A marked PDF, artwork, schematic, photographs, existing sample or dimensioned concept can establish a first review basis. Draft and approved evidence stay separated, and unresolved decisions remain open rather than becoming quotation assumptions.

Review boundary

Does HYR's review approve the finished equipment?

No. HYR reviews the membrane-switch component and its stated interfaces. The OEM retains responsibility for system requirements, risk decisions, electrical safety, EMC, enclosure performance, regulatory work and finished-equipment validation.

Release point

What should be controlled before prototype or tooling?

The drawing revision, outline and enclosure interface, artwork, circuit and pinout, tail and connector, construction assumptions, sample purpose, acceptance checks and approval owner should be recorded. Any remaining open item must be visible in the quotation or sample plan.
