1. Website operator

HYR FLEX is the international brand of Shenzhen Huayangrun Technology Co., Ltd. / 深圳市桦阳润科技有限公司, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Baoshengda Technology Co., Ltd..

2. General information

Product, application and resource pages provide general decision guidance. They are not a quotation, engineering release, warranty, certification, compliance statement or promise of manufacturability, price, minimum quantity, lifetime or delivery date.

3. Human confirmation

Project-specific construction, materials, performance, testing, price, timing, contracting entity and payment terms become effective only through approved human-issued project documents. Website forms and automated acknowledgements only confirm receipt.

4. Customer inputs

You are responsible for ensuring that information and files you submit are accurate and that you have the right to share them for review. Do not upload malware, unlawful content, third-party confidential information without authority, or personal data that is not needed for the project.

5. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Submitting an RFQ does not transfer ownership of your drawings or create a manufacturing licence beyond the review requested. A separate confidentiality agreement may be used when appropriate. Website content, branding and original diagrams may not be republished as another supplier's claims.

6. Parent-company evidence

Manufacturing or quality resources supplied by the parent company remain attributed to the actual operating or certificate-holding entity. Website presentation does not transfer certificate ownership or change the entity named in a quotation or contract.

Image copyright and permitted use

This notice applies to the seven parent-company product and manufacturing images listed below. They are displayed on HYR FLEX with the owner's permission. Their copyright is not transferred to HYR FLEX or to website visitors.

You may view these images as part of this website. Publication here does not grant permission to republish, redistribute, modify, rebrand or commercially reuse them. Obtain written permission from the rights holder before reuse, except where applicable law permits otherwise. These images are not offered under a Creative Commons or other open licence.

Customer drawings, third-party trademarks and other materials remain subject to their own rights. This notice does not grant rights over them or establish performance, certification or customer endorsement.

A request or acknowledgement does not grant a licence. Reuse may proceed only under the rights holder's written permission and the agreed conditions.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the website and RFQ service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a submission does not return a reference, contact szbld@vip.163.com. Any project liability is governed by the approved contract rather than these general pages.

8. Changes

These terms may change as the website, law or business workflow changes. The current version is identified by its review date.
