Manufacturing support
A capability is named only when its operating entity and project role are clear.
Capability with clear legal attribution
HYR FLEX is the international brand of Shenzhen Huayangrun Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Baoshengda Technology Co., Ltd. Selected manufacturing and quality resources may support HYR projects under authorization, while quotations, contracts and every certificate continue to identify the actual responsible entity.
Engineering variables
A capability is named only when its operating entity and project role are clear.
The holder, scope and validity are shown without transferring ownership to HYR.
Only authorized, non-confidential images are used and their source is recorded.
Quotation, contract and payment documents identify the approved legal entity.
Decision matrix
A corporate relationship does not transfer a certificate, audit result, manufacturing site or contractual responsibility. Supplier approval should identify each legal entity, site, process role, document holder, certificate scope and status, commercial responsibility and release owner. This website supports early review; it does not replace current project documents or the buyer's approval decision.
| Decision factor | Supplier-approval evidence | HYR response boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Legal identity and group relationship | Request the full legal names, registered addresses or identifiers needed by the buyer, the stated ownership relationship, and the identity and authority of each signatory or representative relevant to the project. | HYR FLEX identifies Shenzhen Huayangrun Technology Co., Ltd. as the brand operator and Shenzhen Baoshengda Technology Co., Ltd. as its parent company. Project records continue to name the actual entity; the website statement is not a corporate-registry extract or legal opinion. |
| Commercial and project responsibility | Confirm which entity issues the quotation, signs the contract, invoices, receives payment, owns each deliverable, handles nonconformity or warranty obligations, and approves any change to those responsibilities. | The quotation and order documents identify the responsible commercial entity before commitment. A parent-company certificate, photograph or production resource does not silently make that parent the contracting party or transfer obligations between entities. |
| Manufacturing site and process role | Identify the actual site and operating entity for the proposed printing, circuit production, die cutting, lamination, assembly, inspection and any outsourced or special process that matters to the approved supply route. | HYR names a parent-company manufacturing or quality resource only when its project role is verified and authorized. Parent support does not prove that every process, product or order is performed at every shown site; the actual route is confirmed for the project. |
| Certificate holder, site, scope and status | For each requested certificate, check the certificate number, exact holder name, covered site or sites, applicable standard and edition, certified scope, issuing certification body, accreditation context, issue or expiry information and current status. | A certificate is presented only under its actual holder and verified scope and status. Ownership, brand use, sales representation or group membership does not transfer certification to another entity, location, process or product. |
| Material, product and test evidence | Separate management-system certificates from material declarations, supplier records, inspection reports and test evidence. Each document should identify its issuer or holder, item, lot or specimen, revision, method, result, date, validity and confidentiality conditions where applicable. | HYR provides only authorized, current and in-scope evidence available for the named project. A quality-system certificate does not certify a product, and one material or test record does not establish universal performance, a customer case or finished-equipment compliance. |
| Audit, change control and release | Define the buyer's supplier-onboarding checklist, audit scope and site, finding closure, approved-vendor decision, change-notification rules, deviation authority, record access, confidentiality and the owners of project and production release. | HYR can map an RFQ to the requested evidence pack and identify items that require confidentiality controls or direct holder confirmation. The buyer retains its supplier-approval decision, and no website statement, document share or parent relationship releases a product or future change. |
The parent-company website is a first-party identity and published-scope source, not independent ownership or certification evidence. The ISO and IAF CertSearch references provide quality-management, certification-body and accredited-certificate verification context only. None proves that HYR, Shenzhen Huayangrun Technology Co., Ltd., a site, process or product is certified, accredited, audited or approved for a buyer's project.
Documents you can verify
Certificate holder: Shenzhen Baoshengda Technology Co., Ltd.. These certificates belong to the parent company, not to HYR FLEX or Shenzhen Huayangrun Technology Co., Ltd.
CEPREI Certification Body
The stated scope is manufacturing; this is not product certification.
CEPREI Certification Body
Exclusions: Product Design. IATF USI: 3M6E49.
Covered manufacturing site: North plant, 2/F, Building A2, Yijing Industrial Park, No. 3055 Songbai Road, Tianliao Community, Gongming Street, Guangming New District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
Continuing validity depends on satisfactory surveillance audits. Recheck the issuer record for supplier approval. Management-system certification does not establish product performance, an IP rating, medical-device approval or conformity of an OEM's finished equipment. The CNAS mark on the ISO certificate concerns the certification body's accreditation, not a claim that HYR operates a CNAS-accredited laboratory.

No. Check the exact certificate holder, covered locations, standard, scope, issuing body, accreditation context and current status. A shareholder relationship or shared resource does not extend a management-system certificate to another legal entity, site, process or product.
The responsible entity must be named consistently in the quotation, contract, invoice and payment instructions before the order is accepted. Manufacturing or quality support from another group entity does not change that responsibility unless the project documents explicitly do so.
Yes, when the requested document, intended use and confidentiality conditions are identified. HYR will provide or arrange access only to authorized, current evidence under its actual holder and scope; some records may require an NDA, redaction or confirmation directly from the holder or issuing body.

Evidence boundary
Manufacturing and quality resources shown on this site are provided by Shenzhen Baoshengda Technology Co., Ltd., the parent company of HYR, unless a page explicitly identifies another holder.
Technical reference basis
These publisher resources support the decision framework. They do not prove that HYR uses a named grade, holds a listed certification or has approved a project construction.
First-party source for the parent company's published legal name, contact and manufacturing scope; it is not evidence independent of the parent company and does not prove ownership, certificate coverage, project responsibility or supplier approval.
Official quality-management-system and certification context; not evidence that HYR, either company, a site, process or product is certified or within a particular certificate scope.
Official context for competence, consistency and impartiality of bodies auditing and certifying management systems; not evidence that a named certificate is authentic, accredited, current or applicable to an HYR project.
Primary verification context for holder, standard, scope, locations, certification body, accreditation body and certificate status; not evidence that a specific HYR or parent-company certificate exists or is valid.
