HYR FLEX is the international brand of Shenzhen Huayangrun Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Baoshengda Technology Co., Ltd. Selected manufacturing and quality resources may support HYR projects under authorization, while quotations, contracts and every certificate continue to identify the actual responsible entity.

What should a buyer verify when parent-company resources support an HYR project?
A corporate relationship does not transfer a certificate, audit result, manufacturing site or contractual responsibility. Supplier approval should identify each legal entity, site, process role, document holder, certificate scope and status, commercial responsibility and release owner. This website supports early review; it does not replace current project documents or the buyer's approval decision.

Continuing validity depends on satisfactory surveillance audits. Recheck the issuer record for supplier approval. Management-system certification does not establish product performance, an IP rating, medical-device approval or conformity of an OEM's finished equipment. The CNAS mark on the ISO certificate concerns the certification body's accreditation, not a claim that HYR operates a CNAS-accredited laboratory.

Does a parent-company certificate automatically cover HYR?
No. Check the exact certificate holder, covered locations, standard, scope, issuing body, accreditation context and current status. A shareholder relationship or shared resource does not extend a management-system certificate to another legal entity, site, process or product.
Which company will quote, contract and invoice the project?
The responsible entity must be named consistently in the quotation, contract, invoice and payment instructions before the order is accepted. Manufacturing or quality support from another group entity does not change that responsibility unless the project documents explicitly do so.
Can HYR provide documents for supplier approval?
Yes, when the requested document, intended use and confidentiality conditions are identified. HYR will provide or arrange access only to authorized, current evidence under its actual holder and scope; some records may require an NDA, redaction or confirmation directly from the holder or issuing body.
